Summer
Temperatures are getting hot outside. Time to enjoy summer crops from the garden, and prepare foods to help our bodies stay cool and hydrated. Lets make incredible salads straight from summer vegetables, and fire up the grill and smoke fresh fish caught off the coast of Mexico or grill a nice steak. Summer is a season of tomatoes, eggplants, zucchini, basil, and countless of other seasonal foods.
